                                           China Trade Winds is in partnership with a family-owned business with quality
    relationships in China and the United States. It was established to provide American
    companies with easy entry into foreign manufacturing and assembly.  Many
    American manufacturers have been taking advantage of these lower labor and
    materials costs for years; however, certain barriers have made it cost ineffective for
    small to mid-size American companies to capitalize on this emerging industrial and
    commercial center.

Hui Zhang, President. Ms. Zhang is a 1995 graduate from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Ms. Zhang studied technical English as a major.  Her first work experiences upon graduation
was with several Chinese American joint ventures including Armstrong Building Materials
and General Motors.  Her ownership of 14 factories puts her in a unique position with
impressive leverage within her network.
 
Murray Smith, Managing Partner. Mr. Smith graduated from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas Texas in 1986 with a BBA in Business Finance.  He successfully built an
Internet software company, providing e-commerce merchant tools which he sold in 1999.  
After building a successful real estate business, he focused on international trade, helping
American manufacturers with Chinese relationships.
 
Christopher Poole, Senior Partner.  Mr. Poole is a 1995 graduate of Emmanuel College.  He
is experienced in production management and will be your primary contact to coordinate
production efforts for you.  He understands the critical nature of on-time supply chain
demands and lead times.
